Launch day of the book Black and Menopausal - Edited by Dr Yansie Rolston and Yvonne Christie. A long awaited anthology of black people's experiences of menopause. One of the contributors is Pamela Windle - woman's health coach of Smarterchange.co.uk - she shares her very powerful story. Available from JK Publishers, Amazon and WH Smiths.

Our Menopause Stories - the premiere takes place at the Institute of Contemporary Arts Pall Mall London UK. A film by Nicola Cross showcasing some of the experiences of Black women in the UK on their menopause journeys. Breaking down barriers and proudly showing up and sharing. It's a first for the UK.

The MAMM Roadshow continues in Leeds - invite a friend or work colleagues, family too - this is a safe space for all to come and share experiences and consider solutions to the menopause journey. A call to action, let's come together to support each other and to be supported. Maureen and local lass Paula Stuart of 'Thrive with menopause' will be hosting the evening.
